We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our free extensions for personal and commercial purposes. Premium features require a valid license key purchased through our official payment channels.

4. License Keys

• License keys are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account.
• Each license key is valid for the specific extension it was purchased for.
• We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are shared, resold, or used in violation of these terms.
• Refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our extensions
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our extensions or license keys
• Use our extensions for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or premium feature restrictions
• Use automated systems to generate fraudulent license validation requests

6. Intellectual Property

All SporlyWorks extensions, including their code, design, icons, and documentation, are the intellectual property of SporlyWorks. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our extensions without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our extensions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SporlyWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
